Book a clarity call

A short, no-obligation conversation to talk about where things are at now, what you’d like to change, and whether we’re the right fit to help.

The clarity call is a space to talk openly about your numbers, systems and goals, without needing everything perfectly organised first. We’ll look at what’s feeling messy or heavy, what “calmer and clearer” would look like for you, and what kind of support might be most useful right now.

Who a clarity call is for

You don’t need perfect books or a perfectly articulated brief. A clarity call is for you if:

  • Your numbers feel messy, out of date or hard to trust

  • Your systems and workflows have grown in bits and pieces over time

  • You’re spending too much time chasing information or fixing avoidable issues

  • You’d like better reporting or forecasting, but aren’t sure where to start

  • You’re thinking about a bigger decision (growth, restructuring, or a business valuation) and want to understand your options

Each clarity call is a little different, but typically we will:

What we’ll cover in 30 minutes

  • Ask a few questions about your business, current setup and priorities

  • Listen for the themes where things feel messy, confusing or heavy

  • Talk through which types of support may be most useful (foundations, vCFO, cash flow project, valuation, or project work)

  • Outline likely next steps and what you can expect from a proposal

It’s not a high-pressure sales call or a full diagnostic session, just a structured conversation to see whether we’re a good fit.
